DA! DA! DA!
Hazel has been mastering her "ba" sounds for awhile, and last night for the first time she was working hard at forming her tongue and mouth to for the "d" sound. Us first time parents, watched her work hard at this task and it was totally melt-your-heart-adorable. She got a DA DA out and was so proud!!
Sigh. Life is so spectacular right now.

Yeah for Hazel. So sad the "M" sound is much harder.
Ha Sandie! I keep tellin' Hazel I don't know why she's calling for her Daddy because its always MOMMY that comes to get her. :) (just kidding)
